Complete Building Refurbishment & supply of all Furniture, Seating, Glazed Partitioning, Carpet, Ceilings, Walls, Kitchen, Toilets & Painting. 

 

 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: 

We took a run down 2 storey office block and completley refurbished both floors to accomodate over 50 x people. This work included striping out of all old walls, electrics and plumbing and supplying / installing a new electrical system, plumbing, structural work, all flooring, ceilings, kitchen, single glazed partitioning, desking & seating as well as new toilet facilities. This Major project was carried out over a 3 month period.

PROJECT: 

Create New Corridor, Offices and Meeting Rooms 

 

OFFICE FIT OUT BRIEF: 

Supply & Build a New 60 x Meter Stud wall, Build 3 New Glazed Offices all with new Carpet tiles, all new Office, Reception & Meeting Room Furniture & Painting. 

 

 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: 

Celestica asked us to update and add to their existing plant offices in the Hewlett Packard Plant in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. We first needed to create a long 60 x meter stud wall corridor with large wood veenered Double Doors with fob access at the new reception end. Install new carpet tiles to all walkways as well as the new Glazed Offices & Meeting rooms. We also supplied and installed a new reception counter, executive office furniture and meeting room tables an chairs, all picked out by the client to suit their corporate colours and feel.

Refurbishment of new Corporate Headquarters 

 

OFFICE FIT OUT BRIEF: 

Complete Refurbishment & supply of all furniture & seating of 3 floors of office space in St Stephens Green Dublin 

 

 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL:  

After direct consultation with the management team at Escher group over a period of a few months, we started the refurbishment of the ground, 3rd & 4th floors of the new headquarters situated at the corner of St Stephens Green in Dublin. The works included new Painting, new carpet, stud walls to create a new server room and 2 new staff canteen areas, 2 new kitchens, vinyl flooring, cable managed desking systems with bespoke manufactured desking screens with glazed units, meeting room furniture, executive office suites.

PROJECT: Furniture Fit Out of New Offices 

 

 

OFFICE FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & install a main desking system that is capable of carrying 

a large amount of electrical connections and data cabling. 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After consultation with the client regarding the layout and appropriate desking system needed, we installed 32 x of our Framework cable managed beam system desks, seating, screens and Steel Mobile Pedestal Drawer Units. Our framework cable managed desking system was perfect for this project, which was more than capable of carrying the substantial cabling and electrics through the built in adjustable beam system. The desk tops are finished in white with matching seating and desk dividing screens.

OFFICE FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & install Aluminium Framed Double Glazed Partitioning System. 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: The project was straight forward. To supply & Install our internal Aluminium Framed Double Glazed Partitioning System with an Integral Blind System Included. The Client decided on a dark grey Aluminium Trim, Dark Grey Blinds & Beech Wood Veneered Doors. We completed this entire installation in 5 days from start to finish.

OFFICE FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & installation of partition wall system. 

 

 

FURNITURE DETAIL: We supplied and fitted our System 8000 double glazed frameless partition wall system. This created 2 x meeting rooms, 4 x executive offices & 1 x kitchen area. 

 

 

We supplied & Installed the complete double glazed system including walnut veenered doors within 3 weeks of the inital order being placed.

PROJECT: Complete fit-out of 6th Floor Contact Centre in Belfast City Centre 

 

 

OFFICE FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & install a main desking system that is capable of carrying 

a large amount of electrical connections and data cabling. Supply & install meeting room and training room furniture as well as seating for staff area. 

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After consultation with the client regarding the layout and appropriate desking system needed, we installed 55 x of our Framework cable managed beam system desks, seating, screens, meeting & training rooms as well as an executive office. Our main framework desking sytem was perfect for this particular project........fit-for-purpose to carry the substantial cabling and electrics through the built in adjustable beam system. The IT engineers were particularly impressed with the ease of access to cabling for any future hardware updates or system maintanance. The desk tops are finished in beech with matching seating and desk dividing screens.

OFFICE FIT OUT BRIEF: Supply & installation of partition wall system, desking system, meeting rooms, boardroom, executive offices & staff canteen.  

 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After a factory visit to Italy were the client was able to pick out the partition system and executive furniture, we undertook the works to completley fit out the 2 storey office block which included a double glazed partition wall system which was used to create 10 offices & meeting rooms. We installed horizontal 3 section double glazed partitioning modules on the 1st floor with the centre module etched for privacy and horizontal single glazing for the ground floor, with solid panels finished in Itialian Oak throughout. 

 

McCormick Macnaughton Corporate Headquarters 

 

PROJECT: Complete Fit-Out and relocation for new corporate headquarters. 

 

OFFICE FIT OUT BRIEF: To Relocate, Supply & Install new operator desking, Seating, Reception, Training Rooms, Staff Cafe area, Meeting rooms, Partitions, Executive Office & Storage Areas. 

 

PROJECT DETAIL: After our initial meetings with the team at McCormick's and successfully winning the contract, we then went through the best options for all of the furniture and Fit-Out requirements which included desking systems, seating, partitions, training rooms, meeting rooms, cafe areas, executive offices.  

We then went about the task of planning for the major relocation which was to take place over a weekend period as it was absolutely vital that this large organisation could close on a Friday evening in the old building and open for business on the Monday, as the cliché goes "Failure Was Not an Option"
